Catherine is passionate about making a difference both strategically and individually. She is driven to find the “hook” which guides individuals into personal development, training and growth. Effectively creating change.

EXPERIENCE
Catherine currently is a director and/or owner of three companies working in the fields of coaching, training and mentoring. Each company has its own “flavour”. She is experienced in the fields of community, voluntary, third (social enterprise), public and private sectors. Her work has been from ground level – community and factory floor to boardroom and government. Catherine has the ability to communicate on all levels, mediate, differentiate and operate in a leadership capacity. She has worked in the arena of change management for over 35 years. Catherine has worked in primary, secondary, further and higher education, education in community settings, be that a learning centre or a public house!!
Catherine has secured and delivered numerous European and nationally funded programmes and bespoke projects to marginalised groups of people. Strategic partnership management. Chaired the Governments Community Cohesion Pathfinder for North West UK, various voluntary sector organisations and outreach/partnership forums.
EDUCATION
Catherine was privately educated through the Catholic convent school system and undertook further education with University of Central Lancashire, Lancaster University, Newcastle College, INLPTA and various bespoke training providers.
NLP: Master Practitioner, Lecturer, Provocative therapist, IAG 4, EFT, Sirolli Enterprise Coach, Life Coach, Webster Stratton Parenting Coach, Special Needs coach.
