What’s behind it?
A ground-breaking modular Bio-feedback system designed to locate and remove blocks in any bodily systems which influence performance, learning and behaviour. This system has been applied and researched for many years in the field of education and is now available for people of all ages who want to enhance their performance or discover their true potential.
How do I get started?
You can either subscribe directly or contact a Profiler for an initial assessment, monitoring and support through the programme. If you subscribe directly we recommend that you fill in our questionnaire and do the tests on our website so that you can measure your own progress. If you need a Profiler, choose from a True Expressions Profiler for general use or an Eduprofiler if you have specific educational concerns.
TRUE EXPRESSIONS PROFILING
What is it?
A new assessment system which involves a questionnaire and a series of tests designed to reveal individual patterns of underlying processing, particular strengths and potential blocks that can be addressed.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to move forward in life and needs to understand what is special about themselves and where they might be blocked.
How do I get assessed?
You can have an individual assessment with a True Expressions Profiler or attend an assessment weekend. True Expressions Profilers come from all walks of life and may have additional skills which are relevant to your needs. They may be therapists or have skills in areas which you would like to explore or develop. They will be committed to helping you develop your potential by using both the True Expressions programmes and their own particular skill set.
True Expressions assessment weekends are suitable for families with children seven and over, adults and anyone who wants to understand the assessment system better. Everyone has a role in both testing and being tested. Assessments are completed on the first day and the profiling is explained on the second day. Each participant receives a report. The second day is not suitable for children but arrangements may be made to accommodate them in a separate room.
True Expressions Profilers may also offer Group Assessment days based on the format of the first day of the assessment weekend. This would be suitable for youth groups or workplace training, for example.
EDUPROFILING
Eduprofiling and the related Edutherapy Programme were the first assessment and balancing systems to be developed from the research which supports all the True Expressions programmes. Unlike most assessments Eduprofiling looks at the whole child, focuses on the root causes of any difficulties and aims to uncover what is special about a child.
Eduprofiling works on the assumption that learning and behavioural issues are caused by processing difficulties and most processing difficulties can be successfully addressed using the Edutherapy programme. This means that labels, which describe a child’s current profile and do not allow for forward movement, will tend to hold a child where they are and are therefore generally inappropriate.
The Eduprofiling assessment and support system starts with a full initial assessment and report by a qualified education professional. This is followed generally by reviews of progress on Edutherapy at six-monthly intervals and a final assessment and report when balance seems to have been achieved.
